This website and online store, available at https://www.mineaderm.be, are operated by Axel Global Trading S.R.L., trading as Mineaderm Belgium (“Mineaderm”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, content and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.
By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights granted to consumers under Belgian or European Union law.

ACCESS AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order or creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
You may not use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.
PRODUCTS AND COSMETIC INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours, packaging and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, packaging updates or manufacturing changes. These differences do not affect your statutory rights where a product does not conform to the sales contract.
Ingredient lists and product information may be updated by the manufacturer. Customers should always review the ingredient list and usage instructions shown on the product packaging before use, particularly where they have allergies or sensitivities.
Our cosmetic products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition and do not replace professional medical advice. Stop using a product and seek appropriate advice if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.
Product availability may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit purchase quantities where reasonably necessary.
ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
After you place an order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement. A sales contract is concluded when we accept your order and send an order confirmation, subject to successful payment authorisation and product availability.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably justified, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment failure, product unavailability or an order placed for unauthorised commercial resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method.
Please review your order and delivery information carefully before submitting it. If you identify an error, contact us as soon as possible at axelglobaltradingbe@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered processing.
PRICES, VAT AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed to consumers include applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
The price charged will be the price shown at checkout when the order is placed. We may change prices at any time, but price changes do not affect orders that we have already accepted.
You agree to provide valid and accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payment transactions may be processed by Shopify Payments or other authorised third-party payment providers. We do not directly store complete payment card details.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver to the destinations made available at checkout. Available delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery periods are described in our Shipping Policy:

Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Belgium may take up to five additional business days after dispatch. These periods are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If delivery is materially delayed, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
Where we arrange delivery, the risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the products.
If you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by us, risk may pass when the products are delivered to that carrier, as permitted by applicable law.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to legally permitted exceptions.
For orders containing multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the final product is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within the applicable 14-day period by emailing axelglobaltradingbe@gmail.com. After notifying us, the products must be returned within 14 days.
Returned products should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what would normally be permitted in a physical shop.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic or personal-care products may not be eligible for return after their protective seal has been broken, where the legal hygiene exception applies.
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, the customer is responsible for ordinary return shipping costs. Unauthorised returns or cash-on-delivery returns may be refused.
Where withdrawal is valid, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us. Additional costs resulting from an upgraded or express delivery method are not refundable.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide adequate proof that they have been sent back.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if a product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete.
Where a product is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-conforming, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Belgian consumer law. We will bear the reasonable return costs where the return results from our error or a lack of conformity.
Your rights under the Belgian legal guarantee are separate from the right of withdrawal.
For new consumer goods, the Belgian statutory guarantee generally applies to a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years following delivery. These statutory rights cannot be excluded or reduced by these Terms.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include replacement, an appropriate price reduction or a refund.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, eligibility requirements and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined and cannot be exchanged for cash. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content available through our Services, including text, photographs, product images, graphics, logos, trademarks, videos, layout and design, is owned by or licensed to Axel Global Trading S.R.L., Mineaderm or the relevant rights holder.
You may access and use the website for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell or commercially exploit our content without prior written authorisation, except where permitted by law.
“Mineaderm” and associated names, logos and designs are trademarks or protected commercial identifiers of their respective owners.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, payment services, review platforms or social-media services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services that are outside our reasonable control, but this does not exclude any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Mineaderm.be is powered by Shopify, which provides the technical e-commerce platform used to operate our online store.
Products purchased through our store are sold by Axel Global Trading S.R.L., not by Shopify. Questions, returns, complaints and warranty claims relating to your purchase must therefore be directed to us.

REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that the content is truthful, based on your genuine experience and does not infringe the rights of another person.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use submitted content for operating and promoting our Services, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.
You must disclose any payment, free product or other incentive received in connection with a review.
We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, unrelated to the product or infringes third-party rights. We will not remove a genuine review solely because it is negative.
PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services:
- for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious activities;
- to infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights;
- to submit false or misleading information;
- to distribute malware, viruses, spam or unauthorised advertising;
- to interfere with the security or normal operation of the website;

- to collect personal data without a lawful basis; or
- to attempt to bypass access-control or security measures.
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers or third parties, or to comply with legal obligations.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND CORRECTIONS
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, availability errors or obvious pricing mistakes. Where an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming the corrected information or cancelling the affected item for a full refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, product liability, lack of conformity, or mandatory Belgian and European consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was concluded.
For customers acting for professional or commercial purposes, additional limitations permitted under Belgian law may apply.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, transport-network disruption, power failures or failures of external communication systems.
This provision does not remove any mandatory right you may have where delivery is delayed or cannot be completed.
TERMINATION
You may stop using our Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Services, engage in fraudulent activity or create a security or legal risk.
Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, intellectual-property rights and statutory consumer remedies.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
NO WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them and the information supplied during checkout, form the agreement relating to your use of the Services and purchases from our store.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and contracts concluded through our store are governed by Belgian law.
If you are a consumer resident in another country, you also retain the protection of any mandatory consumer-law provisions applicable in your country of residence.
Before commencing formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at axelglobaltradingbe@gmail.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of the right to bring proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable Belgian or European Union law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or legal obligations.
The current version will be published on this page with the applicable update date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to orders already accepted.
